A real person reads every message. Routine corrections are usually live on the site within 48 hours of being verified, with a dated note underneath the affected paragraph. Larger queries — anything that needs a writer to revisit a brand or remap a network — take longer, and we'll say so in the reply rather than leave you waiting in silence. We don't use auto-responders and we don't outsource the inbox.
